Allah سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى is the Creator of this Universe, the Earth and the Heavens and everything in between them. Humankind is one of the best Creations of Allah سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى, as mentioned in the 4th Verse of Surah At-Teen.
Translation
That We created man of finest possibilities,
On another occasion, it is said in the Quran that humankind was created by Allah سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى and sent to earth as His trustee. The Angels said that humankind will create disorder on Earth. Allah سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى Commanded that I know, what you don’t know. This event is narrated in the 30th verse of Surah Al-Baqarah, in the context of the Creation of Hazrat Adam عَلَيْهِ ٱلسَّلَامُ.
Translation
Remember, when your Lord said to the angels: “I have to place a trustee on the earth,” they said: “Will You place one there who would create disorder and shed blood, while we intone Your litanies and sanctify Your name?” And God said: “I know what you do not know.”
Allah سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى created mankind, so they would worship Him and follow His guidelines to live a righteous life in this world. Simultaneously, mankind is warned that on the Day of Resurrection and Final Judgement, he will be held accountability and his final fate will be decided on the basis of his conduct in this world. Those with more good deeds will go to Jannah (Paradise) and those with more evil deeds will be sent to Jahannam (Hell).
Despite all those warnings, Allah سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى also repeatedly reminds us that He is the most Merciful, so humans can repent and seek His mercy at any time. The concept of Allah سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى, being the most merciful, is described in many verses of the Quran, such as the 53rd verse of Surah Az-Zumar.
Translation
Say: “O creatures of God, those of you who have acted against your own interests should not be disheartened of the mercy of God. Surely God forgives all sins. He is all-forgiving and all-merciful.
The above verse and many other verses in the Quran promise that Allah سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى is always willing to accept repentance from his servants, as He is the most forgiving, most merciful and most loving. He holds all Powers and Authorities; hence, He holds the ultimate Powers.
The crux of the subject is that despite all warnings about the severity of the Day of Final Judgement, Allah’s سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى mercy, love and authority will prevail for His servants not only in this world but surely on the Day of Resurrection.
There are several references in the Quran and Hadith, describing the Mercy, Love and Powers of Allah سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى. Here are some of the quotes from the Quran and Hadith on this subject.
Allah’s سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى Mercy (Rahmah) in Quran and Hadith
The 1st Verse of the Quran and Surah Al-Fatiha
بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful.
فَتَلَـقّٰۗي اٰدَمُ مِنْ رَّبِّہٖ كَلِمٰتٍ فَتَابَ عَلَيْہِ۰ۭ اِنَّہٗ ھُوَالتَّوَّابُ الرَّحِيْمُ
Then his Lord sent commands to Adam and turned towards him: Indeed He is compassionate and kind.
64th Verse of Surah Al-Baqarah
ثُمَّ تَوَلَّيْتُمْ مِّنْۢ بَعْدِ ذٰلِكَ۰ۚ فَلَوْ لَا فَضْلُ اللہِ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَتُہٗ لَكُنْتُمْ مِّنَ الْخٰسِرِيْنَ
But you went back (on your word), and but for the mercy and grace of God you were lost.
105th verse of Surah Al-Baqarah
مَا يَوَدُّ الَّذِيْنَ كَفَرُوْا مِنْ اَھْلِ الْكِتٰبِ وَلَا الْمُشْرِكِيْنَ اَنْ يُّنَزَّلَ عَلَيْكُمْ مِّنْ خَيْرٍ مِّنْ رَّبِّكُمْ۰ۭ وَاللہُ يَخْتَصُّ بِرَحْمَتِہٖ مَنْ يَّشَاۗءُ۰ۭ وَاللہُ ذُو الْفَضْلِ الْعَظِيْمِ
Those without faith among the people of the Book, and those who worship idols, do not wish that good should come to you from your Lord. But God chooses whom He likes for His grace; and the bounty of God is infinite.
157th verse of Surah Al-Baqarah
اُولٰۗىِٕكَ عَلَيْہِمْ صَلَوٰتٌ مِّنْ رَّبِّہِمْ وَرَحْمَۃٌ۰ۣ وَاُولٰۗىِٕكَ ھُمُ الْمُہْتَدُوْنَ
On such men are the blessings of God and His mercy, for they are indeed on the right path.
218th verse of Surah Al-Baqarah
اِنَّ الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْا وَالَّذِيْنَ ھَاجَرُوْا وَجٰہَدُوْا فِيْ سَبِيْلِ اؘ۰ۙ اُولٰۗىِٕكَ يَرْجُوْنَ رَحْمَتَ اؘ۰ۭ وَاللہُ غَفُوْرٌ رَّحِيْمٌ
Surely those who believe, and those who leave their homes and fight in the way of God, may hope for His benevolence, for God is forgiving and kind.
286th Verse of Surah Al-Baqarah
لَا يُكَلِّفُ اللہُ نَفْسًا اِلَّا وُسْعَہَا۰ۭ لَہَا مَا كَسَبَتْ وَعَلَيْہَا مَااكْتَسَبَتْ۰ۭ رَبَّنَا لَا تُؤَاخِذْنَاۗ اِنْ نَّسِيْنَاۗ اَوْ اَخْطَاْنَا۰ۚ رَبَّنَا وَلَا تَحْمِلْ عَلَيْنَاۗ اِصْرًا كَـمَا حَمَلْتَہٗ عَلَي الَّذِيْنَ مِنْ قَبْلِنَا۰ۚ رَبَّنَا وَلَا تُحَمِّلْنَا مَا لَا طَاقَۃَ لَنَا بِہٖ۰ۚ وَاعْفُ عَنَّا۰۪ وَاغْفِرْ لَنَا۰۪ وَارْحَمْنَا۰۪ اَنْتَ مَوْلٰىنَا فَانْصُرْنَا عَلَي الْقَوْمِ الْكٰفِرِيْنَ
God does not burden a soul beyond capacity. Each will enjoy what (good) he earns, as indeed each will suffer from (the wrong) he does. Punish us not, O Lord, if we fail to remember or lapse into error. Burden us not, O Lord, with a burden as You did those before us. Impose not upon us a burden, O Lord, we cannot carry. Overlook our trespasses and forgive us, and have mercy upon us; You are our Lord and Master, help us against the clan of unbelievers.
107th Verse of Surah Al-e-Imran
وَاَمَّا الَّذِيْنَ ابْيَضَّتْ وُجُوْھُھُمْ فَفِيْ رَحْمَۃِ اؘ۰ۭ ھُمْ فِيْھَا خٰلِدُوْنَ
And those with bright faces shall be under God’s grace and enjoy it for ever.
132nd Verse of Surah Al-e-Imran
وَاَطِيْعُوا اللہَ وَالرَّسُوْلَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُرْحَمُوْنَ
Obey God and the Prophet, that you may be treated with mercy.
157th verse of Surah Al-e-Imran
وَلَىِٕنْ قُتِلْتُمْ فِيْ سَبِيْلِ اللہِ اَوْ مُتُّمْ لَمَغْفِرَۃٌ مِّنَ اللہِ وَرَحْمَۃٌ خَيْرٌ مِّمَّا يَجْمَعُوْنَ
If you are killed in the cause of God or you die, the forgiveness and mercy of God are better than all that you amass.
وَاِذَا جَاۗءَھُمْ اَمْرٌ مِّنَ الْاَمْنِ اَوِ الْخَوْفِ اَذَاعُوْا بِہٖ۰ۭ وَلَوْ رَدُّوْہُ اِلَى الرَّسُوْلِ وَاِلٰۗى اُولِي الْاَمْرِ مِنْھُمْ لَعَلِمَہُ الَّذِيْنَ يَسْتَنْۢبِطُوْنَہٗ مِنْھُمْ۰ۭ وَلَوْلَا فَضْلُ اللہِ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَتُہٗ لَاتَّبَعْتُمُ الشَّيْطٰنَ اِلَّا قَلِيْلًا
And when any tidings of peace or war come to them they spread the news around. Had they gone to the Prophet or those in authority among them, then those who check and scrutinize would have known it, And but for the favour of God and His mercy you would certainly have followed Satan, except a few.
دَرَجٰتٍ مِّنْہُ وَمَغْفِرَۃً وَرَحْمَۃً۰ۭ وَكَانَ اللہُ غَفُوْرًا رَّحِيْمًا
For them are higher ranks with God, and forgiveness and grace; and God is forgiving and kind.
فَاَمَّا الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْا بِاللہِ وَاعْتَصَمُوْا بِہٖ فَسَـيُدْخِلُہُمْ فِيْ رَحْمَۃٍ مِّنْہُ وَفَضْلٍ۰ۙ وَّيَہْدِيْہِمْ اِلَيْہِ صِرَاطًا مُّسْتَــقِيْمً
So those who believe in God and hold fast to Him shall indeed be received into His mercy and His grace, and be guided to Him the straight path
مَنْ يُّصْرَفْ عَنْہُ يَوْمَىِٕذٍ فَقَدْ رَحِمَہٗ۰ۭ وَ ذٰلِكَ الْفَوْزُ الْمُبِيْنُ
Whosoever is spared that Day will surely have mercy shown to him, and this will be a clear triumph.
فَاِنْ كَذَّبُوْكَ فَقُلْ رَّبُّكُمْ ذُوْ رَحْمَۃٍ وَّاسِعَۃٍ۰ۚ وَلَا يُرَدُّ بَاْسُہٗ عَنِ الْقَوْمِ الْمُجْرِمِيْنَ
If they call you a liar, tell them infinite is the mercy of your Lord; but His vengeance will not be turned back from the sinners
وَھٰذَا كِتٰبٌ اَنْزَلْنٰہُ مُبٰرَكٌ فَاتَّبِعُوْہُ وَاتَّقُوْا لَعَلَّكُمْ تُرْحَمُوْنَ
Blessed is this Book We have revealed; so follow it and preserve yourself from evil that you may qualify for grace
قَالَا رَبَّنَا ظَلَمْنَاۗ اَنْفُسَـنَا۰۫ وَاِنْ لَّمْ تَغْفِرْ لَنَا وَتَرْحَمْنَا لَنَكُوْنَنَّ مِنَ الْخٰسِرِيْنَ
They said: “O our Lord, we have wronged ourselves. If You do not forgive us and have mercy upon us, we shall certainly be lost.”
اَہٰۗؤُلَاۗءِ الَّذِيْنَ اَقْسَمْتُمْ لَا يَنَالُہُمُ اللہُ بِرَحْمَۃٍ۰ۭ اُدْخُلُوا الْجَنَّۃَ لَا خَوْفٌ عَلَيْكُمْ وَلَاۗ اَنْتُمْ تَحْزَنُوْنَ
(Then pointing to the inmates of Paradise, they will say): “Are they not those of whom you had sworn and said: ‘God will not have mercy on them?’ (And yet they have been told,) ‘Enter Paradise where you will have no fear or regret.'”
وَاكْتُبْ لَنَا فِيْ ہٰذِہِ الدُّنْيَا حَسَـنَۃً وَّفِي الْاٰخِرَۃِ اِنَّا ہُدْنَاۗ اِلَيْكَ۰ۭ قَالَ عَذَابِيْۗ اُصِيْبُ بِہٖ مَنْ اَشَاۗءُ۰ۚ وَرَحْمَتِيْ وَسِعَتْ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ۰ۭ فَسَاَكْتُبُہَا لِلَّذِيْنَ يَتَّقُوْنَ وَيُؤْتُوْنَ الزَّكٰوۃَ وَالَّذِيْنَ ہُمْ بِاٰيٰتِنَا يُؤْمِنُوْنَ
Enjoin for us good in the world, and good in the world to come. We turn to You alone.” And the Lord said: “I punish only those whom I will, but My mercy enfolds everything. I shall enjoin it for those who take heed for themselves, who pay the zakat and believe in My signs
وَرَبُّكَ الْغَفُوْرُ ذُو الرَّحْمَۃِ۰ۭ لَوْ يُؤَاخِذُہُمْ بِمَا كَسَبُوْا لَعَجَّلَ لَہُمُ الْعَذَابَ۰ۭ بَلْ لَّہُمْ مَّوْعِدٌ لَّنْ يَّجِدُوْا مِنْ دُوْنِہٖ مَوْىِٕلً
But your Lord is forgiving, full of benevolence. If He had pleased to punish them for their doings He would have punished them immediately. But a term is fixed for them from which they will find no escape
Hadith 6000 of Sahih Al-Bukhari
Allah divided Mercy into one hundred parts. He kept ninety nine parts with Him and sent down one part to the earth, and because of that, its one single part, His Creations are merciful to each other, so that even the mare lifts up its hoofs away from its baby animal, lest it should trample on it
If one part is so huge, imagine the magnitude of 99 parts, kept with Allah سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى. So, the mercy of Allah سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى is beyond our comprehension.
Hadith 7453 of Sahih Al-Bukhari
When Allah created the creations, He wrote with Him on His Throne: ‘My Mercy has preceded My Anger
Allah’s سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى Love (Mahabbah) in Quran and Hadith
195th Verse of Surah Al-Baqarah
وَاَنْفِقُوْا فِيْ سَبِيْلِ اللہِ وَلَا تُلْقُوْا بِاَيْدِيْكُمْ اِلَى التَّہْلُكَۃِ۰ۚۖۛ وَاَحْسِنُوْا۰ۚۛ اِنَّ اللہَ يُحِبُّ الْمُحْسِـنِيْنَ
Spend in the way of God, and do not seek destruction at your own hands. So do good for God loves those who do good
Relevant part of 222nd Verse of Surah Al-Baqarah
اِنَّ اللہَ يُحِبُّ التَّـوَّابِيْنَ وَيُحِبُّ الْمُتَطَہِّرِيْنَ
For God loves those who seek pardon, and those who are clean
31st Verse of Surah Al-e-Imran
قُلْ اِنْ كُنْتُمْ تُحِبُّوْنَ اللہَ فَاتَّبِعُوْنِيْ يُحْبِبْكُمُ اللہُ وَيَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ ذُنُوْبَكُمْ۰ۭ وَاللہُ غَفُوْرٌ رَّحِيْمٌ
Say: “If you love God then follow me that God may love you and forgive your faults; for God is forgiving and kind.”
76th Verse of Surah Al-e-Imran
بَلٰي مَنْ اَوْفٰى بِعَہْدِہٖ وَاتَّقٰى فَاِنَّ اللہَ يُحِبُّ الْمُتَّقِيْنَ
But certainly whoever keeps his promise and follows the right path (will be blessed), for God loves those who shun evil and follow the right course
159th Verse of Surah Al-e-Imran
فَبِمَا رَحْمَۃٍ مِّنَ اللہِ لِنْتَ لَھُمْ۰ۚ وَلَوْ كُنْتَ فَظًّا غَلِيْظَ الْقَلْبِ لَانْفَضُّوْا مِنْ حَوْلِكَ۰۠ فَاعْفُ عَنْھُمْ وَاسْتَغْفِرْ لَھُمْ وَشَاوِرْھُمْ فِي الْاَمْرِ۰ۚ فَاِذَا عَزَمْتَ فَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَي اؘ۰ۭ اِنَّ اللہَ يُحِبُّ الْمُتَوَكِّلِيْنَ
It was through God’s mercy that you dealt with them gently; for had you been stern and hard of heart they would surely have broken away from you. So pardon them and pray that forgiveness be theirs, and seek their counsel in all affairs, And when you have come to a decision place your trust in God alone, for He loves those who place their trust in Him
134th verse of Surah Al-e-Imran
الَّذِيْنَ يُنْفِقُوْنَ فِي السَّرَّاۗءِ وَالضَّرَّاۗءِ وَالْكٰظِمِيْنَ الْغَيْظَ وَالْعَافِيْنَ عَنِ النَّاسِ۰ۭ وَاللہُ يُحِبُّ الْمُحْسِـنِيْنَ
Who expend both in joy and tribulation, who suppress their anger and pardon their fellowmen; and God loves those who are upright and do good,
يٰۗاَيُّھَا الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْا مَنْ يَّرْتَدَّ مِنْكُمْ عَنْ دِيْنِہٖ فَسَوْفَ يَاْتِي اللہُ بِقَوْمٍ يُحِبُّہُمْ وَيُحِبُّوْنَہٗۗ۰ۙ اَذِلَّۃٍ عَلَي الْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ اَعِزَّۃٍ عَلَي الْكٰفِرِيْنَ۰ۡ يُجَاہِدُوْنَ فِيْ سَبِيْلِ اللہِ وَلَا يَخَافُوْنَ لَوْمَۃَ لَاۗىِٕمٍ۰ۭ ذٰلِكَ فَضْلُ اللہِ يُؤْتِيْہِ مَنْ يَّشَاۗءُ۰ۭ وَاللہُ وَاسِعٌ عَلِيْمٌ
O believers, any one of you who turns back on his faith (should remember) that God could verily bring (in your place) another people whom He would love as they would love Him, gentle with believers, unbending with infidels, who would strive in the way of God, unafraid of blame by any slanderer. Such is the favour of God which He bestows on whomsoever He will. God is infinite and all-knowing.
Hadith 4031 of Sunan Ibn Majah
The greatest reward comes with the greatest trial. When Allah loves a people He tests them. Whoever accepts that wins His pleasure but whoever is discontent with that earns His wrath
Means Allah’s سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى love and pleasure is for those who stand firm on faith in the time of tribulation, just accepting it as a test and trial from Him.
Verily. Allah would say on the Day of Resurrection: Where are those who have mutual love for My Glory’s sake? Today I shall shelter them in My shadow when there is no other shadow but the shadow of Mine
It indicates that Allah سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى loves those who love each other. Getting the shadow of Allah سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى on the Day of Resurrection is the highest kindness and love for the people, who love each other.
I am near to the thought of My servant as he thinks about Me, and I am with him as he remembers Me. And if he remembers Me in his heart, I also remember him in My Heart, and if he remembers Me in assembly I remember him in assembly, better than his (remembrance), and if he draws near Me by the span of a palm, I draw near him by the cubit, and if he draws near Me by the cubit I draw near him by the space (covered by) two hands. And if he walks towards Me, I rush towards him
Hadith 3209 of Sahih Al-Bukhari
If Allah loves a person, He calls Gabriel saying, ‘Allah loves so and-so; O Gabriel! Love him.’ Gabriel would love him and make an announcement amongst the inhabitants of the Heaven. ‘Allah loves so-and-so, therefore you should love him also,’ and so all the inhabitants of the Heaven would love him, and then he is granted the pleasure of the people on the earth
Allah’s سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى Power (Qudrah) in Quran and Hadith
20th verse of Surah Al-Baqarah
يَكَادُ الْبَرْقُ يَخْطَفُ اَبْصَارَھُمْ۰ۭ كُلَّمَاۗ اَضَاۗءَ لَھُمْ مَّشَوْا فِيْہِ۰ۤۙوَاِذَاۗ اَظْلَمَ عَلَيْہِمْ قَامُوْا۰ۭ وَلَوْ شَاۗءَ اللہُ لَذَھَبَ بِسَمْعِہِمْ وَاَبْصَارِہِمْ۰ۭ اِنَّ اللہَ عَلٰي كُلِّ شَىْءٍ قَدِيْ
Verily the lightning could snatch away their eyes. When it flashes forth they walk in its flare. When darkness returns they stand still. And if the Lord wills so He could take away their hearing and sight; surely God is all-powerful
117th Verse of Surah Al-Baqarah
بَدِيْعُ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضِ۰ۭ وَ اِذَا قَضٰۗى اَمْرًا فَاِنَّمَا يَقُوْلُ لَہٗ كُنْ فَيَكُوْنُ
Creator of the heavens and the earth from nothingness, He has only to say when He wills a thing: “Be”, and it is
That reflects the absolute power (Qudrah) of Allah سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى.
لِلہِ مُلْكُ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضِ۰ۭ يَخْلُقُ مَا يَشَاۗءُ۰ۭ يَہَبُ لِمَنْ يَّشَاۗءُ اِنَاثًا وَّيَہَبُ لِمَنْ يَّشَاۗءُ الذُّكُوْرَ
To God belongs the kingdom of the heavens and the earth. He creates whatsoever He wills, bestows daughters on whosoever He will, and gives sons to whom He choose
Yet another proof of ultimate power (Qudrah) of Allah سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى.
وَلَــقَدْ خَلَقْنَا السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضَ وَمَا بَيْنَہُمَا فِيْ سِـتَّۃِ اَيَّامٍ۰ۤۖ وَّمَا مَسَّـنَا مِنْ لُّغُوْبٍ
We created the heavens and the earth and all that lies between them, in six spans, and no weariness came upon Us.
اِنَّا كُلَّ شَيْءٍ خَلَقْنٰہُ بِقَدَرٍ
We have indeed created all things by measure
Verses 1 to 4 of Surah Al-Mulk
تَبٰرَكَ الَّذِيْ بِيَدِہِ الْمُلْكُ۰ۡوَہُوَعَلٰي كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيْرُۨ
BLESSED BE HE who holds the (reins of) Kingship in His hand, who has power over everything
لَّذِيْ خَلَقَ الْمَوْتَ وَالْحَيٰوۃَ لِيَبْلُوَكُمْ اَيُّكُمْ اَحْسَنُ عَمَلًا۰ۭ وَہُوَالْعَزِيْزُ الْغَفُوْرُ
Who created death and life in order to try you to see who of you are best of deed. He is all-mighty and forgiving
الَّذِيْ خَلَقَ سَبْعَ سَمٰوٰتٍ طِبَاقًا۰ۭ مَا تَرٰى فِيْ خَلْقِ الرَّحْمٰنِ مِنْ تَفٰوُتٍ۰ۭ فَارْجِعِ الْبَصَرَ۰ۙ ہَلْ تَرٰى مِنْ فُطُوْرٍ
Who created the seven skies one above the other. Do you see any disproportion in the creations of Ar-Rahman? Turn your eyes again. Do you see any fissures?
ثُمَّ ارْجِعِ الْبَصَرَ كَرَّتَيْنِ يَنْقَلِبْ اِلَيْكَ الْبَصَرُ خَاسِـئًا وَّہُوَحَسِيْرٌ
Turn your eyes again and again. Your gaze turns back dazed and tired.
وَلِلہِ غَيْبُ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضِ۰ۭ وَمَاۗ اَمْرُ السَّاعَۃِ اِلَّا كَلَمْحِ الْبَصَرِ اَوْ ہُوَاَقْرَبُ۰ۭ اِنَّ اللہَ عَلٰي كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيْ
To God belong the secrets of the heavens and the earth, and the Hour of Doom is a matter of the winking of an eye, even less, for God has certainly power over all things
Hadith 2516 of Jami At-Tirmidhi
Ibn ‘Abbas narrated: “I was behind the Prophet (s.a.w) one day when he said: ‘O boy! I will teach you a statement: Be mindful of Allah and He will protect you. Be mindful of Allah and you will find Him before you. When you ask, ask Allah, and when you seek aid, seek Allah’s aid. Know that if the entire creation were to gather together to do something to benefit you- you would never get any benefit except that Allah had written for you. And if they were to gather to do something to harm you- you would never be harmed except that Allah had written for you. The pens are lifted and the pages are dried.'”
This shows that ultimate and absolute power belongs only to Allah سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى.
Hadith 2577a of Sahih Muslim – Relevant part of a lengthy Hadith
O My servants, you can neither do Me any harm nor can you do Me any good. O My servants, even if the first amongst you and the last amongst you and even the whole of human race of yours, and that of jinns even, become (equal in) God-conscious like the heart of a single person amongst you, nothing would add to My Power. O My servants, even if the first amongst you and the last amongst you and the whole human race of yours and that of the Jinns too in unison become the most wicked (all beating) like the heart of a single person, it would cause no loss to My Power. O My servants, even if the first amongst you and the last amongst you and the whole human race of yours and that of jinns also all stand in one plain ground and you ask Me and I confer upon every person what he asks for, it would not. in any way, cause any loss to Me (even less) than that which is caused to the ocean by dipping the needle in it.
May Allah سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى shower His Blessings on all the believers!
